I ordered work boots for my job and I paid for the faster shipping and I have not received my boots yet. I tried to call and do to COVID no one is answering the phone. I called Sheplers and they said they could ship out my boots today and If I pay for faster shipping they will arrive by Tuesday I'm going to call my credit card and see if I can cancel the order.
BUYER BEWARE I ordered from this company over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting on a shipping confirmation email. They don't have a working customer phone number because of employees working remotely. Ive sent two emails, posted on their Facebook and also sent a Facebook message. I still have no reply and no work boots for my husband. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took my money quickly and now I have no boots. Stay away! Take your business elsewhere!

Recieved my boots quickly I normally buy redwing thought I would give carhartt a try quite comfortable.
I am pleased with workboots .com they honored a nice sale and sent my boots within a couple days. THANK YOU

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.. HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL TIMES. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE NOW BEEN OUT OF MY BOOTS FOR QUITE A WHILE AND I'M GETTING CONCERNED IF THEY WILL EVER BE AVAILABLE AGAIN FROM WORKBOOT.COM. BUT SO FAR I'VE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM

Thought I would add a positive review that counteract some of these bad ones. I placed a $400 order with WorkBoots on a Saturday morning, and the money was taken almost immediately. By Monday I still had not received an acknowledgment or order number, I read these reviews and became somewhat worried. However...I contacted WB customer service , received an almost instant response, and my order arrived four days later. So my experience with this company was first rate! Friendly and efficient customer service, good product price, and super quick shipping.

Fred did a great job moving my moms furniture out of her house. Ensured to wrap everything prior to loading. As well wrapped the exit door ensuring not to damage any pieces or scratch the wall. Pricing was fair and competitive based on the job performed. Handled some very heavy pieces well going up a large flight of steps. I would definitely recommend him as well will be using his services again when I have another move to deal with. Nice guy very professional. DH Chesterfield MO
I bought a pair of boots that came in & didn’t fit. Normally that would be my problem but NO,they went above and beyond to take back shoes that I wore trying to break them in . They credited my account in a timely manner and I ordered the correct size. They were great boots but even better customer service!!!!!!!!!
I bought a pair of boots instore in Albuquerque, NM. (111 Menaul) I'd worn them for 3 days at my new job and even though they were broken in, they were hurting both my heels. I went back to the store where Natasha told me there was a 30 day Comfort guarantee, verified I hadn't wrecked the pair, and gave me store credit towards another pair immediately.
